How long will delivery take?
Orders placed by 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. We ship USPS Priority Mail and offer Tracking information with all orders. Local pickup is always available.
How water resistant is the Dry Pro?
The Dry Pro is TOTALLY WATERPROOF. Because of its patented vacuum seal, the Dry Pro will keep your cast or bandage completely dry. With the Dry Pro you can "SEE AND FEEL THE SEAL!"
What activities can I do while wearing the Dry Pro?
You can go swimming, go to the beach, bathe, shower, or receive hydrotherapy. The Dry Pro is TOTALLY WATERPROOF. Because of its patented vacuum seal, the Dry Pro will keep your cast or bandage completely dry. With the Dry Pro you can "SEE AND FEEL THE SEAL"!
What if the Dry Pro feels too tight or is difficult to stretch on?
The Dry Pro is made of surgical latex rubber and will stretch over the cast or bandage. If you find that it is too hard to stretch on or too tight after it is on, you can widen the opening. First try it on the good limb to see how it feels. If it feels too tight by the opening you can trim a quarter of an inch straight across the top. Be careful not to cut all the way down to the valve area so that the opening becomes larger than the limb.
What if the Dry Pro opening is too large or the Dry Pro is too long?
If the Dry Pro opening is bigger than the limb, then you have the wrong size and you need to call us so we can send you the right product. If the product is too long that is O.K. The extra length will be removed when the vaccum is created.
What makes the Dry Pro unique?
The Dry Pro is the only truly waterproof protector in the world. The leg has a special non-skid grid sole, perfect for showering. The flexible latex is natural and very comfortable.
Is the Dry Pro durable?
The Dry Pro is extremely durable. The product can be used over and over again and will last years even with daily use. It is made of strong surgical latex and can stretch up to 1000 percent of its original size.
What is the difference between the PICC and your other products?
The Dry Pro PICC is open at both ends allowing for complete use of your hands, for shampooing your hair in the shower or enjoying your favorite water activity while still using your hand. The PICC is also made of a special LATEX FREE material, soft and very elastic to easily stretch over the PICC. The PICC protector can be trimmed along both ends to make the opening bigger for a custom fit.
What is the difference between the Prosthetic and the cast protector?
The prosthetic is double dipped making it stronger and even more durable than the cast covers. The prosthetic carries a one year products replacement warranty, so if anything happens to your cover... it's covered. The prosthetic is also tan, and can be trimmed along the top for a custom fit!
How does DRYPro relate to other waterproof cast and bandage products on the market?
DRYPro is the premium waterproof cast and bandage protector on the market today. Our patented vacuum pump, durable material and excellent customer service make DRYPro the desired product. Many other “waterproof protectors” are available – many at cheaper prices. These “modified garbage bag” style protectors do not provide the water tight seal offered by the DRYPro pump. Call Seventh Street Medical Supply today at (215) 396-2450 to get the original. DRYPro is one of the first waterproof cast and bandage protectors ever offered. We are owned and operated by the same people that have manufactured and distributed the product for the past 10 years. Although our name has changed over the years, the product, the people and the service have remained top quality. New products being released into the market may appear to be the same as DRYPro. To us, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery – but remember – nothing compares to the DRYPro!
